Adorsi is such a special treat from the well known producer Faysel Abdosh. The coffee is packaged in 20g containers and the box includes 5 containers (Total 100g per box).

The coffee cherries are immersed and floated in water tanks to remove floaters, then are closed in airtight, fully sealed fermentation tanks. Tanks are regulated by valves to ensure; no oxygen can seep throughout the fermentation process. Fermentation occurs for 5 days, until pH level drops to 3.8, to get the desired winey, dry fruit, juicy, fruity and rich floral flavors. Throughout these 5 days, fermentation tanks are placed in concrete water baths to maintain a constant temperature between 15 and 18 ºC to keep the fermentation very slow. The fermentation process is homogenized by rotating or moving the tanks. At the end of the fifth day, fermentation is finalized by removing the cherries from the tanks and laying them on beds. On day one, quick drying occurs, until cherry humidity drops to 35%. Cherries are dried for 30 days under a shade net on African beds. Once the drying period is completed and the humidity descends to 12%, cherries are collected and stored in a conducive warehouse for four weeks of resting time.
